Ingredients
A. 2 L Onion (Slice ¼ inch)
B. ¼ C APF
C. 1 C APF
D. 1 tsp BP
E. 1 tsp salt
F. 1 C milk
H. ¾ C BC
I. 4 C oil
Process
1. Slicing the onion into rings (1/4 inch
2. Dip the Onion into B.
3. Combine C+D+E+(F+G) and clip the onion
rings one by one into the mixture.
4. Coated it with H.
5. Deep fry until golden brown.
Cooking Temp. 365 °F
Cooking Time : 2-3 minutes |

Best Ever Onion Rings
Ingredients
A. 3 L onions peeled trimmed cut ½ inch.
B. 1 C Flour
C. 1 tsp paprika
D. ¾ tsp salt
E. ¼ tsp pepper
F. 1 C beer
G. Veg. Oil
Process
1. Slicing the onion into rings.
2. Combine B+C+D+E and stir in the F ingredients
3. Dip onion rings to the mixture.
4. Deep fry to the mixture.
5 Deep fry until golden brown.
Frying time: 2-3 minutes.

Pinoy Crispy Onion Rings
Ingredients
A. 4 big onion
B. 1 egg (beat)
1 C liquid
1 ½ C Cornstarch
½ C APF
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
C. 1 liter Veg. Oil
Process
1. Slice the onion ½ inch.
2. Mix the B mixture.
3. Dip A to B.
4. Deep fry
5. Serve with sauce
-Catsup sauce
-Thousand salad sauce
-Vinegar sauce
Chicken Onion Nuggets
Ingredients
A. 3 tbsp butter1 + 1/3 C APF2 + ¼ C milk evap3 + 1//2 C broth4
B. ½ C onion glazed (fine), 2 C chicken (boiled fine), 1 tsp lemon juice, ½ tsp
salt
C. 1 C breadcrumbs
D. 1 egg + 2tbsp H2O
Process
1. Heat the A1 + A2 +A3 +A4
2. Mix the B ingredient and add to A mixture.
3. Mold and clip to D mixture and coat with C.
4. Dip fry.
5. Serve with sweet & sour sauce.
Onion Salad with Mixed Veggies
Ingredients
A. 2 L onion (slice thinly)
1 C cucumber
1 C carrot
1 C bitsuelas
1 C litsugas
1 C apple/ nuts
B. 1 C ham/ chicken
2 bits eggs hard
boiled
C. ¼ C French dressing
D. 1 C mayonnaise
2 tbsp catsup
Process
1. Slice/ Cube/ Dice all the A- ingredients
2. Dice or cut into small cubes or bits the B.
3. Mix all the A ingredient and mix the C ingredient.
4. Put the B Ingredient as topping.
5. Serve
with D sauce.
Pickled Onion with Pugo egg
Ingredients
A. 1 kl small onion
B. 30 pcs boiled pugo egg
C. 2 C vinegar
1C H2O
1 tsp salt
1 C sugar
d. Spices (ginger, garlic, pepper)
Process
1. Peel the onion & sprinkle salt.
2. Boiled the pugo egg & remove the shell.
3. Combine A +B and arrange it in the jar or bottle.
4. Mix C and let it boil + D.
5. pour CD while hot.
6. Cover and seal.
7. Ready to serve after 3 days.
Onion Cheese Nacho
Ingredients A. 1 C Cheeze whiz or quick met cheese.
B. 2 C tortilla (fried corn chips)
C. 1 C Onion rings
D. 1 C litsugas/ carrots
F. ½ C catsup
½ C mayonnaise
Process 1. Slicing the onion into rings (1/4 inch)
2. Arrange the B in the platter + Top it with C + D + A.
3. Pour the sauce F mixture on top.
Onion Quick Kim chi with Varied Veggies
Ingredients
A. 1 kl onion
B. 1 kl diff. Veggies: lettuce, carrots, cabbage, radish/ turnips,
bamboo shoot
C. ½ C salt
D. Pickling Solution
2 C vinegar
1 C sugar + spices, garlic, ginger
1 tsp
salt
Process
1. Slice A & B and mix the C. Put in a jar and put heavy cover
on top after 24 hrs- drained & blanch the veggies.
2. Arrange in the bottle or jar.
3. Boil the D and pour into the bottle.
4. Cover & Seal the
ready to use bottle after 3 days.
